Through this page, you are able to send an e-mail service to friends and family members who are patients at LifeCare Medical Center. To use the service, simply complete the form below. Your message will be printed and delivered to the patient's room by volunteers.

Delivery will be once a day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We will not confirm whether the e-mail has been delivered or whether the patient is staying in our facility. Patients will not be able to e-mail a response. Messages are undeliverable to discharged patients.
