LifeCare Rehabilitation
Services
Rehabilitation services – LifeCare Rehabilitation Services has
locations in Roseau, Greenbush and Warroad. Their staff helps
people to recover from work-related injury, sports injury,
strokes and surgery throughout region. In addition to the clinic
sites, LifeCare Rehab provides service through LifeCare Medical
Center, Roseau Manor, Greenbush Manor, Warroad Care Center,
LifeCare Home Care& Hospice, in addition to special contracts
through area schools and industries.
LifeCare Rehabilitation Services provides Physical Therapy,
Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Massage Therapy. In
addition, there is a wellness gym facility in the Warroad and
Roseau locations.
Physical Therapy - Our Physical Therapists treat the
consequences of disease or injury by addressing impairments,
functional limitations, and or disabilities in patients. Some of
the more common conditions for which physical therapists examine
and provide intervention and treatment include: orthopedic
conditions, joint and soft-tissue conditions, arthritic
conditions, systemic diseases, cardiopulmonary and circulatory
conditions, workplace injuries, sports injuries and wound care.
Occupational Therapy is skilled treatment that helps people
achieve independence. Services include: self-care re-training,
hand therapy/splints/braces, industrial services (functional
capacity evaluation, job-site analysis), fine motor skills,
coordination training, and pediatric developmental
evaluation/interventions. People who may benefit from
occupational therapy services include: children with
developmental delay or learning problems, people with broken
bones or other injuries from work, sports, fall or accidents,
people who have had a stroke or heart attack and people with
arthritis, multiple sclerosis or other serious illnesses.
Speech Therapy provides examinations and evaluations of speech
and language development and treatment for speech and language
disorders. Therapeutic interventions are designed to maximize
the speech and language abilities of individuals. Speech therapy
can also help people with swallowing disorders.
Massage Therapy is performed by a professional who applies a
variety of scientifically developed massage techniques to the
soft tissue of the body to improve muscular tone and
circulation. Massage calms your nervous system which in return
relaxes muscular tension and increases circulation.
Wellness Center – LifeCare Rehabilitation Services in Roseau and
Warroad are proud to be able to offer to their communities the
opportunity to become a member of a Wellness Center. As a
member, clients have access to all the great workout equipment
the department has to offer, including treadmills, elliptical
trainers, resistive exercise equipment, and more. Call the
